Dom Pérignon 2008: AN INSOLENT MIRACLE
Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2008 is part of a solar decade. Yet in the heart of this period, the year stands apart. Spring and summer were gray and overcast, leading to a deficit of warmth, as well as light. And then miraculously – as in 2000 or 2006, and the mythic 1996 vintage – September’s sun and winds completely reversed the situation. The eagerly awaited maturity of the grapes burst through, thriving with an unprecedented high-toned balance.
Sonoma-Cutrer Rosé of Pinot Noir 2021
Sonoma-Cutrer has been crafting wines since 1981 in the esteemed Russian River Valley growing region of Sonoma County, California. Today, their female-led winemaking team produces sustainable certified wines. The 2021 Rosé of Pinot Noir is a beautiful and delicate example of why Russian River Valley Pinot Noir makes a wonderful rosé. The light salmon color of the wine catches the light in the glass and opens up with aromas of tangerine, pink grapefruit, strawberry, raspberry and a light hint of rose petal. A crisp, refreshing mouthfeel accentuates the fresh fruit flavors of citrus, red berry fruit with a tropical twist that leads to a long, juicy and tangy finish.
A light, fresh and elegant rosé with notes of strawberries, citrus and herbs. Serve cold with elegant dishes of seafood or Salad Niçoise with grilled tuna or enjoy on its own with good friends.

($24.99)
This beautiful blush hued Chateau Ste. Michelle Sparkling Rose with delicate flavors of strawberries, sweet orange and berry jam is the perfect combination of crisp acidity and lovely fine bubbles that pairs with almost everything. Enjoy!
This non-vintage Champagne Brut Rosé marks the fourth wine released in Penfolds collaboration series with Champagne House Thiénot. In 2019, we re-ignited our love affair with France, a special place for Penfolds, and announced our inaugural Champagne partnership with Thiénot. Alongside Thiénot, a respected player in the world of Champagne, Penfolds first released three extraordinary Champagnes in 2019: A Chardonnay Pinot Noir Cuvée, and Grand Cru single-vineyard Blanc de Blancs and single-vineyard Blanc de Noirs, all from the exceptional 2012 vintage
A fresh and elegant aromatic profile, characterized by aromas of red fruits and citrus fruits, such as pink grapefruit, alongside delicate floral notes. This Pinot Grigio Rose pairs well with fish, delicate first courses with vegetables and shellfish. It is also perfect as an aperitif.
This Rosé is made with Teroldego grapes, a local varietal from Piana Rotaliana in Trentino Alto Adige region. The unique alluvial soil is particularly suited for these grapes, giving a fresh, fruity and young character to the wine. The grapes are hand-picked in early September to ensure optimum ripeness. Rosato has a fruity taste and a persistent fresh aroma. Ideal as an aperitif but also a perfect match with Italian cuisine, especially with hors-d'oeuvres, pasta, mushrooms and white grilled meats.

A quiet corridor in the heart of Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood once again pulses with culinary vitality with the reopening of Foragers Market and their restaurant, Foragers Table. The decade-old farm-to-table favorite – which closed during the Pandemic – is now helmed by new Executive Chef Olivier Palazzo, and features his boldly reimagined “modern-Mediterranean” menu along with a far-sighted wine and cocktails program.

Worldly and well-traveled, Palazzo’s influence will also extend to the Market’s beloved “grab-and-go” grocery. And the restaurant – tucked gently just beyond the Market – will debut an after-hours live music program with a relaxed and jazzy vibe.

“Olivier embodies a younger, more international, more inclusive generation that is increasingly calling New York City home,” says Anna Castellani, who owns Foragers’ Chelsea location with partner Michael D’Amato. “His mix of cuisines and focus on vegetables not only reflects the future of food – but the future of New York itself.”
Born in West Africa and raised in the South of France, Palazzo’s contemporary, plant-focused cuisine is global, sustainable and nourishing for body and soul. Working with local purveyors across the Hudson Valley, Palazzo and Castellani have devised a season-driven dining experience that marries the best in regional bounty with French, Italian and Israeli flavors and techniques. A veteran of Parisian restaurants such as the Michelin-starred Le Quinzième – as well as Cyril Lignac’s Aux Prés and Le Chardenoux – Palazzo formally joined the Foragers family in February.

“My grandfather was actually from Sicily, so our Mediterranean-with-a-twist menu feels completely authentic to me,” says Palazzo, who began cooking for his own family during his early childhood in the Ivory Coast. “Plus, I’m a long-time Chelsea resident who’s been eating at Foragers for years – they just didn’t know that I was a chef!”

The reopening of Foragers Table marks the latest milestone for co-owner Castellani, the creative mind behind Dekalb Market Hall – the largest food hall in all of Brooklyn – along with The Hugh Food Hall in Midtown. In April, Castellani will open ANA Bar & Eatery, an all-day restaurant, marketplace and eatery at The Hudson Yards.
Foragers Table is open Tuesday through Sunday for dinner service only starting at 5pm to 10pm. For reservations or more information, go to OpenTable or visit www.foragersmarket.com/restaurant. Foragers Table is located at 233 8th Avenue in Chelsea.

If you are a fan of Tuscan Chardonnay, Benefizio Riserva should definitely be on your bucket list. This grape variety was introduced to Frescobaldi’s estate Castello di Pomino in 1855, and it has been proudly cultivated ever since. The colour is a typical pale yellow with beautiful golden reflections, but Ho Ho Holy Moly... what a delicate yet persistent bouquett. Notes of orange blossom and magnolia soon lead the way to citrus aromas of candied and dried fruit. Gentle spice alongside the tertiary notes produced during refinement guide you to the end of this astounding olfactory journey. Its structure is perfectly balanced and harmonized by freshness.
