Chilston Court Launches Sales as Greenwich's Only New Condo Development

Sales have officially launched at Chilston Court, the only new luxury residential development in downtown Greenwich, Connecticut, with renderings made public for the first time. The project brings together Caspi Development, known for Tribeca’s five star Fouquet’s New York hotel; Robert A.M. Stern Architects; and AD100 firm Bryan O’Sullivan Studio, whose portfolio includes Claridge’s in London and the Westmoreland at the Frick on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Spread across two buildings at 275 and 290 Mason Street, Chilston Court comprises 78 residences ranging from two bedrooms to penthouses, with two-bedroom homes measuring roughly 2,000 square feet and pricing from approximately $4.5 million to more than $10 million. Bryan O’Sullivan Studio’s interiors lean on custom millwork, bespoke lighting, single-slab marble kitchens and ceilings exceeding nine feet, while the building’s Beaux-Arts, Italianate and Georgian Revival influences show up in a facade of limestone, granite and molded brick. Residents will have access to an indoor pool and wellness spa, landscaped gardens, a private dining room, library, fitness club, speakeasy and pet spa.

Chilston Court is scheduled for completion in 2028 and sits moments from the Greenwich train station and the boutiques and restaurants along Greenwich Avenue. Its arrival is notable for the market: the development stands as the only new luxury residential offering in the heart of downtown Greenwich.
