SERHANT. New Development has launched sales at Sorin, a 40-residence condominium rising at 439 West 36th Street in Hudson Yards, with one- to four-bedroom homes priced from $1.45 million to $4.8 million. Developed by ZD Jasper with architecture by Archimaera, the building’s bronze-toned metal panels and subtle tonal shifts across its setbacks give it a quiet, tailored presence within the neighborhood.

Sorin is being built to Passive House standards, relying on highly insulated walls, triple-glazed windows and high-efficiency mechanical systems to keep the residences comfortable and energy efficient year-round. DXA Studio designed the interiors around warm, textured materials, including 5-inch wide-plank oak flooring, custom ivory oak Shinnoki cabinetry, calacatta gold countertops and a fully integrated Gaggenau appliance suite, with wine coolers available in select residences. Primary bathrooms function as private spas with Bianco Dolomiti stone, honed Asian St. Laurent floor tile and walk-in steam showers, while secondary baths feature honed quartz countertops and custom oak vanity millwork.
Amenities include full-time door attendants, a landscaped rooftop terrace with open-air dining and grilling stations, a fitness center, a co-working lounge with a fireplace and kitchenette, plus a bicycle room and private storage. SERHANT. New Development, the new-development arm of Ryan Serhant’s SERHANT., is overseeing sales and marketing for the building, adding Sorin to a roster that includes Mercedes-Benz Places Miami and 200 Amsterdam. Sales are underway now at 439 West 36th Street.
