Ramona Singer and Candace Bushnell Steal the Show at Hamptons Concours d'Elegance

The Hamptons’ famous car culture briefly doubled as a Miami real estate showcase this past weekend, when RAND Luxury staged its annual Hamptons Concours d’Elegance on a private estate in Bridgehampton on August 1. Real Housewives of New York alum Ramona Singer stopped by the VIP hospitality lounge hosted by Mast Capital, Cipriani Residences Miami and The Perigon, while Sex and the City creator Candace Bushnell presented one of the day’s top awards to a winning collector automobile.

Now in its latest edition, the invitation-only charity event brought together an unusually deep bench of rare and historically significant automobiles alongside collectors, designers, philanthropists and business leaders on the Bridgehampton grounds. Inside the lounge, Michael Patrizio, Managing Director of Mast Capital, and Eloy Carmenate, Head of Sales for Cipriani Residences Miami, spent the day hosting guests and championing two of the firm’s marquee towers, the beachfront Perigon in Miami Beach and the Brickell-bound Cipriani Residences Miami, both Mast Capital developments built with high-profile partners.

Founder Bradford Rand has spent years turning the Hamptons Concours into one of the season’s more improbable crossovers between vintage automobiles and high-end real estate marketing, and this year’s edition kept that streak alive. For Mast Capital, the afternoon offered a captive audience of exactly the kind of buyer its Miami projects are chasing, a reminder that in a market crowded with towers, a well-placed guest list can be nearly as persuasive as a floor plan.
