Netflix's Jessica Taylor Rejoins Douglas Elliman From Serhant

Jessica Taylor, the real estate broker familiar to Netflix audiences from Owning Manhattan, is returning to Douglas Elliman after a stint at Serhant. Taylor previously worked at Douglas Elliman with the Eklund Gomes team from 2015 to 2016, and her return puts her back at the brokerage with a dual base: the Palm Beach office at 340 Royal Poinciana Way, Suite 302, and the Manhattan office at 111 Fifth Avenue. In Florida, she joins the Exclusive Sales Team at Banyan Residences, the West Palm Beach development from MAST Capital.

At Serhant, Taylor brought in $650 million worth of new development projects, building a reputation as a broker who launches buildings rather than simply reselling them. Her career total now exceeds $500 million in sales, with more than $100 million closed in the last year alone, and several of her deals have appeared in the New York Times “Big Ticket” column. That new development focus lines up neatly with Douglas Elliman’s own push into Florida, where the brokerage has built a considerable footprint in ground-up condominium sales.

Leaving Serhant was a difficult decision, as it has been a meaningful chapter of my career and I look forward to continuing to work with the agents in the future.” Taylor studied business and psychology at Oxford Brookes University in England, then worked for UBS in London before relocating to the company’s New York office in 2014, where she has lived ever since.
