Celebrate National Margarita Day At Norwood Club

One of our favorite holidays of the year is coming up International Margarita Day, on February 22nd bars and restaurants will be making creative margaritas all day. Cody Goldstein of Muddling Memories will be celebrating this year with his first-ever line of cocktail fizzers that will be available at Norwood by reservation only.

What is a cocktail fizzer you may ask? Well it’s nothing you’ve ever seen before…in cocktail form that is.

Inspired by Patrón’s Margarita of the Year competition** and created by Cody Goldstein of Muddling Memories. Those who are looking to try the specialty cocktail can get one at The Potion Room at Norwood and order one fizzer for $30 or 7 for $200

The 7 flavors include: Passion Fruit + Jalapeno, Lychee + Chia Seeds, Tomato + Thyme, Celery + Elderflower, Pickled Plum + Kelp Tea, Orange Marmalade + Sherry

How is it made?

• Drop the margarita flavored cocktail fizzer into the glass filled with Patrón Tequila
• Watch as the cocktail fizzer miraculously turns from a ball into a cocktail right in your glass
• Wait for the fizzing to stop and enjoy the margarita

·The cocktail fizzer is created with real cocktail ingredients (i.e. tomato, orange, lime, etc.) and the fizzer activates once it hits the tequila

Once the cocktail fizzer completely disintegrates in your glass your margarita is ready to drink

Inside The Grey Goose BAFTA Awards After-Party

This past weekend Grey Goose celebrated the BAFTA awards at the infamous Soho house in London. As guests celebrated the awards, many were seen drinking the hosts signature cocktail drink as Margot Robbie was seen holding court, regaling those close by with tales from the set of I, Tonya, as she enjoyed her Grey Goose Le Fizz. 

Best Supporting Actress winner Allison Janney was seen hot-footing it across town with her BAFTA Award in one hand and a Grey goose Espresso Martini in the other. She was closely followed by Jamie Bell and Kate Mara, along with the cast and crew of Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, clutching their multitude of BAFTA trophies having cleaned up at the award ceremony.

Meanwhile Saoirse Ronan looked every-inch the star as she dazzled in Chanel, whilst catching up with long-time pal Will Poulter who looked dapper as he circulated the party. 

The After-Party continued into the early hours as beat-maker Jax Jones spun the decks all night long and BAFTA Awards being raised on the dance floor in time to the music.

To kick off New York Fashion Week, one show that was on everyones radar was by Malan Breton, who showed his new Fall/Winter 2018 collection at Cipriani 42nd on Thursday February 8th..

Friends of Fashion Designer Malan Breton continued to celebrate the show at the Sir Henri Penthouse Rooftop atop Hotel Henri in Flatiron  Madame Paulette owner John Mahdessian co-hosted the party with his girlfriend and Real Housewives of New York star Dorinda Medley by his side.  The night featured music by DJ Anatoli with Altaneve Prosecco and a featured signature cocktail, aptly called The Runway.
