Brennan Zahler Returns Corcoran as a new Managing Director

Brennan Zahler

Brennan Zahler

The Corcoran Group, New York City’s top residential real estate brokerage firm, today announced that Brennan Zahler has returned to Corcoran as a new Managing Director in the top performing Soho office. Announcement of the move was made by Pamela Liebman, Corcoran’s President and CEO.

Zahler’s career in New York City real estate started in 2003 in Corcoran’s East Side office. While his career path took him away from Corcoran, Zahler has almost two decades of success in New York City real estate and has represented a diverse clientele of buyers, sellers, renters and landlords. Possessing an exceptional combination of strong negotiation skills and extensive knowledge of Manhattan, he was previously the Director of Sales at Warburg Realty's flagship office in Tribeca, tripling agent count in just five years.

As a new Managing Director in Corcoran’s Soho office, Zahler will work collaboratively with Senior Managing Director, Paula Manikowski, to ensure their agents have the tools to deliver superior results for their clients. With their collective expertise in pricing and negotiation – combined with the agent tools and world-class marketing that Corcoran provides – their agents have an unparalleled platform to achieve success.

“I am thrilled to have Brennan back to Corcoran,” said Liebman. “When he started his career with us, he was hard working, eager to learn and he’s leveraged those strengths to become a highly respected real estate leader. I am confident that our Soho agents will achieve even greater success with his support and guidance.”

Zahler remarked on his move, “Returning to Corcoran after starting my career on the Dennis Hughes Team is an incredible full circle moment. Corcoran is the preeminent real estate brand in New York City and I am excited to grow my career here for years to come. I remain incredibly grateful for my time at Warburg and for the invaluable five years that I spent working for Fred Peters.”

After graduating from Radford University in Virginia, Zahler was born and raised on the East End of Long Island and coincidentally, grew up on the same street as Corcoran’s current North Fork office. Outside of real estate, his interests include spending time with his family, playing tennis and golf, and enjoying great food and wine.
