Read MoreHudson Yards has announced the opening of Skytop, the latest amenity offering at Fifteen Hudson Yards. Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro with interiors by Rockwell Group, Skytop is the highest outdoor residential amenity space in New York City standing at more than 900 feet in the air.
This one-of-a-kind indoor-outdoor space, at just over 6,000 square feet, was built to accentuate the cloverleaf-shaped curves of the building’s crown. Skytop offers an indoor private dining room that seats up to 18 guests, along with a full catering kitchen, bar and lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows as well as a separate lounge. Outdoor features include an open-air terrace wrapped in an approximately 60-foot-tall glass screen wall featuring 14-foot-tall multi-stemmed white oak trees housed in custom 3D carved wooden planters.
“Skytop is the moment where Fifteen Hudson Yards morphs into its deepest and most dramatic inflection point, so our intent was to take advantage of the tower’s energy and celebrate its extraordinary views. The amenities are conceived of as fluid spaces that open up to the rooftop, creating the feeling of an extension of a penthouse with a vast window onto the city,” said David Rockwell, Founder and President, Rockwell Group.
Fifteen Hudson Yards offers a collection of 285 one- to four-bedroom condominium residences. Related Sales and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group are the exclusive sales and marketing agents for Fifteen Hudson Yards. You can find more information at LiveHudsonYards.com.

One of my favorite parts about grocery shopping is creating new dishes and quite honestly the desserts section. Since going on keto, this has limited the foods such as fruits and desserts. Following a keto lifestyle sometimes takes away the magic that comes along with filling up my cart with fruits. The controversy over including fruits in the keto diet is a big one and one you have to tackle from every angle.
Having too many sweets like dessert or even fruit, can take you out of ketosis and inhibit fat burning. Fortunately, I discovered Explorado Market a keto bakery and grocery store online, with some of the best keto desserts I’ve ever tried. Best part is you can eat without worrying of breaking keto.
individually wrapped cookies. (1 serving per cookie) (220 cal per serving: 18g Fat, 6g Protein, 3g net Carbs) These incredible soft batch cookies are perfect for those on the keto diet. Tested time and time again and found there's no impact to blood sugar (everyone is different, results vary).
Speaking of chocolate chip with only 1 net carb per serving, these Keto chocolate chips are sure to be your new favorite treat. Melts like a dream! Perfect to go with yogurt or your favorite baked good.
Perfect addition to all your Keto treatness... With 0 grams of net carbs, this frosting blend is perfect for diabetics and those on the Keto diet. You get 10 servings per tub of this delicious frosting.
Get rid of those terrible sugar-filled energy packets (too much sugar and it’s not sustainable energy) – get the right energy your body craves with Fat Fit Go. This 10 pack offers a discounted price over buying singles. These 1oz chocolate nut butter Fat Fit Go packets are the perfect travel companion. Our pro-tip keep them in the fridge for a nice thick consistency.
Like the chocolate chip cookies, these are perfect for those on the keto diet. Perfect as a snack or dessert, these cookies go great with either nut butter.

One of New York's most awaited events- fashion week. Anticipated not only for incomparable street wear designs, the creativity and artistic vision of high fashion looks further prove that designers set the trends. Many of the most indulgent and extravagant designs are looks fit to party in. While many of the looks are not always ready to wear off the runway, you can transform your image by following the trends from this year's most popular and fun looks.
Taking inspiration from Marc Jacobs runway show, opt for a more elegant silhouette that both frames the body without being too clingy. Choose something with sparkle to add a touch of fun to an otherwise elegant party look. Match the bustier fitting top with some statement jewelry to top off the look.
A big trend amongst designers this season is the asymmetrical cut-out look. Flirty and fun, the strategically placed cut-out designs are decorated with gems or diamonds for a more elegant look. The split thigh gives the wearer a chance to have some fun with shoe choice, while the Gurung opts for a monochromatic tone, elevate your party look by choosing a statement shoe of your choice to add color or perhaps more height.
Looking for a party look that is not only bright but perfectly balances chic and fun? Choose to recreate this Jason Wu outfit by matching your color tones. You can have fun with color by matching cool tones together, warm tones together, or mix and matching for a more eclectic feel. Pair a silk skirt with knee high heeled boots to stay slightly warmer this winter.
Pant outfits are the most versatile trend this season, this sleek look transforming pants into a comfortable and slightly edgy party outfit. Pair pants with a thicker belt and a statement top- this cut-out one sleeve sparkle top perfectly matching the aesthetic. Perhaps add your own personal touch and veer towards the addition of open toed shoes and longer earrings to complete the look.
It’s here: sheer, sheer, sheer! Black sheer outfits provide just enough coverage to the body, akin to a slightly see through outfit, especially when paired with a matching bodysuit. Finding something that is longer accompanied with sleeves will make you feel most comfortable in this outgoing and strikingly beautiful piece. Pair with fun heels and a bold makeup look to help make the focal point not only the dress, if it makes you feel most comfortable.
Ulla Johnson perfectly styles two popular makeup trends- tying together the bare face and shimmer. While the face remains almost relatively untouched, choose for a nude or clear glossy lip and a shimmery eyeshadow to top off your outfit.
The slick back pony and statement earring pair allows you to polish off your party look while adding a either a bold or elegant touch. Choosing the pony hairstyle allows you to open up the face, making your accessories or your outfit of choice the focal point of the outfit. Keeping hair in place for a night of dancing or a more elegant evening, you can add accessories to your slicked-back pony-tail by adding either a silk tie or diamond adornments.

Are you someone in their mid-20s to late thirties who doesn’t gravitate towards more modern and contemporary aesthetics? Do you find yourself having an affinity towards design that many might consider more “traditional” or “antiquated”? Well, you may not have known, but you may be considered to be what is now referred to as a “grandmillenial.” While you may disregard labels, you may fall in love with the form of architectural design that is less “granny-chic” and more elegant, an appreciation for the aesthetic of the past. For those who revel in the surroundings of Art-Deco, regal columns, and Emory Roth, here are a few homes to take a look at that seamlessly combine modern luxuries with a grandmillenial style.
Located on the Upper West Side, this seven bedroom home has been restored and maintained from the original time of Emory Roth. While you may choose to redesign the living space, the kitchen features an original casement window, original subway tiling, and original St. Charles cabinetry. Enjoy mornings and evenings in the living room overlooking the skyline which captures the essence of Central Park and The Museum of Natural History. Fitted with modern amenities such as playroom, state of the art fitness center, and separate storage room for owners, it is the perfect space for the grandmillenial buyers.
Built in 1901, the Astor is known to be one of the most iconic and prestigious buildings in the Upper West Side. Centered in close proximity to some of New York City's most renowned cultural districts- The Museum of Natural History, New York Historical Society and the Beacon Theater- the Astor is marked by wealth, parties and fame. Combining classic architectural designs, from mosaic tile work to a marble fireplace on the first floor lobby alone, the grandeur of the classic Astor has been preserved with a modern contemporary twist. Equipped with a fitness center and a children's playroom, the building includes all modern amenities.
Take a walk right through Central Park and find yourself facing this Upper East Side fourteen story pre-war home designed by Schwartz & Gross. Built in 1927, you can enter the renovated apartment building from a semi-private landing into their impressive lobby space. The apartment space comes decorated with original pre-war moldings, herringbone wood floors and a cozy wood burning fireplace. Enjoy contemporary amenities such as a basketball room, a fitness center - or opt for your small gym space- and private storage space.
Within walking distance, The Chatsworth mirrors the similar historical value of the Astor. This pre-war landmark borrowed its name from the most prestigious building in England, built in 1904. It remains one of the most iconic buildings within the neighborhood. Landmarked a Beaux-Arts masterpiece, shown through the regal columns and hand carved paneling, it contains some modern designs such as a custom made grandiose chandelier. Akin to a private club, amenities include a lounge space and a children's playroom. Also find yourself enjoying evening walks or bike rides on Riverside Park located near this luxury one-of-a-kind building.
Downtown's Art-Deco Skyscraper is the epitome of historic loft buildings in TriBeCa. Originally constructed between 1923-1927 for the American Telephone Company, the One Hundred Barclay became the first skyscraper in the world built in this style. While the building's exterior and main lobby were restored to preserve the original design, the tower has been re-crafted in order to feature sprawling loft residencies with high ceilings and incorporating spacious loft living. Perfect for the grandmillennial buyer, the One Hundred Barclay is close to both the Hudson River Park and the High Line.
