Hudson Yards has announced the opening of Skytop, the latest amenity offering at Fifteen Hudson Yards. Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro with interiors by Rockwell Group, Skytop is the highest outdoor residential amenity space in New York City standing at more than 900 feet in the air.
This one-of-a-kind indoor-outdoor space, at just over 6,000 square feet, was built to accentuate the cloverleaf-shaped curves of the building’s crown. Skytop offers an indoor private dining room that seats up to 18 guests, along with a full catering kitchen, bar and lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows as well as a separate lounge. Outdoor features include an open-air terrace wrapped in an approximately 60-foot-tall glass screen wall featuring 14-foot-tall multi-stemmed white oak trees housed in custom 3D carved wooden planters.
“Skytop is the moment where Fifteen Hudson Yards morphs into its deepest and most dramatic inflection point, so our intent was to take advantage of the tower’s energy and celebrate its extraordinary views. Brookfield Properties and Park Tower Group today announced the second tower at Greenpoint Landing, Two Blue Slip, has launched leasing. Two Blue Slip’s amenity spaces – including a private pool, bar and lounge, coworking space, fitness center, and more – were designed by Gachot Studios. With unobstructed and expansive waterfront views, more than 70 percent of the building’s 421 units having sweeping vistas of the East River and Manhattan skyline. The building was developed in a joint venture between Brookfield Properties and Park Tower Group, the master planner for Greenpoint Landing.

Corcoran Hosts Annual Award Ceremony At Cipriani's 42nd St.
The Corcoran Group, a leading residential real estate brokerage firm, hosted its Annual Awards Ceremony and New Year kickoff party on February 11 at Cipriani’s 42nd Street. More than 1,000 affiliated agents and company employees attended the party, where they celebrated the year ahead and honored the top agents of 2019.
Pamela Liebman, Corcoran President & CEO, hosted the festive evening and was joined by Gary Malin, Chief Operating Officer, and Michael Sorrentino, Regional Vice President of Manhattan and Brooklyn, in welcoming the guests to the renowned venue. The evening kicked off with Liebman thanking everyone for their incredible hard work and success of the past year.
