Craig Robins Hosts Chic Launch for Design District’s First Condo
Miami’s Design District took a major step into its next chapter as developer Craig Robins hosted an intimate, design-forward launch for Miami Design Residences by Fouquet’s the neighborhood’s first true condominium offering. Held inside the newly unveiled sales gallery, the evening set the tone for what’s to come: a project that blends high design, hospitality, and the kind of curated lifestyle the district has become known for.
Guests were invited to experience the project firsthand, moving through a model residence, an architectural scale model, and a private courtyard anchored by a mature statement tree that felt more like a hidden garden than a sales space. The setting leaned into the Design District’s signature aesthetic polished but not overly formal while cocktails, light bites, and a live DJ created an atmosphere that felt more like a private event than a traditional real estate preview.
The crowd reflected the weight behind the project, with co-developers Craig Robins, Nadim Ashi, and Bippy Siegal in attendance alongside Fouquet’s leadership Alexandre Barrière and Julien Huel, and Corcoran Sunshine’s Pamela Liebman. More than just a launch, the evening positioned Miami Design Residences by Fouquet’s as a natural extension of the district itself where design, culture, and now residential living converge in a way that feels distinctly Miami, but globally relevant.
