Corcoran Hosts Annual Award Ceremony At Cipriani's 42nd St.

The Corcoran Group, a leading residential real estate brokerage firm, hosted its Annual Awards Ceremony and New Year kickoff party on February 11 at Cipriani’s 42nd Street. More than 1,000 affiliated agents and company employees attended the party, where they celebrated the year ahead and honored the top agents of 2019.

Pamela Liebman, Corcoran President & CEO, hosted the festive evening and was joined by Gary Malin, Chief Operating Officer, and Michael Sorrentino, Regional Vice President of Manhattan and Brooklyn, in welcoming the guests to the renowned venue. The evening kicked off with Liebman thanking everyone for their incredible hard work and success of the past year. She reviewed the company’s exciting plans for expanding across the country and around the world with Corcoran franchise affiliates, the first of which launched last week in the West Coast markets of San Francisco, California and Lake Tahoe and Reno, Nevada, with additional franchise affiliates planned to roll out across 2020.

The gala continued with the celebration of Corcoran’s 2019 Top agents and teams from the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets. Overall Top Manhattan Performance and Deal of the Year were both awarded to The Cathy Franklin Team, and overall Top Brooklyn Performance went to Deborah Rieders.

“This is arguably one of the most important nights of the year for our firm,” said Pamela Liebman, Corcoran President & CEO. “It’s the one time we’re all able to gather together to celebrate the incredible dedication, hard-work and achievements of our agents and staff. I love being able to see our entire Corcoran family under the same roof to champion each other’s accomplishments, and 2019, which was a year for the books.”
