Miami’s skyline just hit a new milestone. Cipriani Residences Miami has officially reached 872 feet, becoming the tallest residential tower south of New York City, with construction continuing toward an anticipated height of roughly 950 feet. The project marks a defining moment not just for Brickell, but for Miami’s evolution into a serious global luxury market, where scale and ambition are starting to mirror Manhattan.

Developed by Mast Capital with architecture by Arquitectonica, the tower brings nearly 400 residences to the heart of Miami’s financial district, paired with interiors by 1508 London that lean into warm, refined materials. As the building rises into its final penthouse levels, it’s also entering its most exclusive phase, with ultra-luxury residences designed to maximize privacy, scale, and uninterrupted views of Biscayne Bay and the city skyline.

Beyond height, the project is selling a fully integrated lifestyle anchored by Cipriani’s signature hospitality, including a private restaurant, in-residence dining, a 37th-floor speakeasy, and more than 50,000 square feet of amenities. It’s a clear signal that Miami isn’t just building taller—it’s building differently, with a level of service, design, and global appeal that continues to attract high-net-worth buyers from around the world.
