The Cohabs community in Brussels, which has 488 co-living bedrooms occupied, made it through the pandemic together and now the company plans to do the same in NYC. Their first building in the US will open in Crown Heights Brooklyn this November and they have two more are on the way in 2021 in Harlem, near Columbia and in East Williamsburg respectively.

The first building will be divided into two 7 bedroom houses, with two communal kitchens and two communal living rooms in addition to having a rooftop, gym, storage space, laundry and garden.

The growing global brand, which exemplifies the future of urban living, is coming to New York City with three beautiful and fully furnished houses opening in the next year. Rent begins at $1160 and leases range from three months, to six months, to one year.
