The Best Halloween Cocktails to Make in 2026

Halloween is the one night of the year when your drink is allowed to be as extra as your costume. This year's crop of spooky sips leans into the drama: a Corpse Reviver with a whisper of absinthe, a poison apple that shimmers with gold glitter, a jet-black espresso martini from Miami, and a margarita with cranberry and jalapeño heat. Five cocktails, zero tricks. All treats.

  • 0.75 oz The Botanist gin

  • 0.75 oz Lillet Blanc

  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1 dash absinthe

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a glass.
