Project Zero’s 3rd Annual Beach Clean-Up and Coral Celebration Shines at Surf Lodge
On Saturday, August 10, Project Zero hosted its 3rd Annual Hamptons Beach Clean-Up and Coral Celebration, bringing together conservationists, artists, and music lovers for a day that seamlessly merged environmental action with elevated Hamptons nightlife. The morning began in downtown Montauk, where over 30 volunteers joined forces to collect four bags of litter in under an hour, aided by The Dream Bus from non-profit 8 Billion Dreams. With the sand swept clean, the energy shifted to Surf Lodge for a sunset fundraiser benefitting Project Zero’s Coral Collective — a global campaign dedicated to protecting and restoring coral reefs.
The evening transformed Surf Lodge into a celebration of ocean advocacy and artistic expression. Live performances from Alexandra Richards, Malice K, Jordan Emanuel, and Grace Bowers filled the air with a festival-like spirit as the sun dipped below the horizon. Guests also browsed a curated art auction featuring works by James Goldcrown, Jake Clark, Bradley Theodore, and more, with 100% of proceeds directly funding coral restoration efforts. The auction remains live through the week, inviting supporters everywhere to participate.
This year’s event was made possible with support from Holiday Vodka, Astral Tequila, Wölffer Estate Vineyard, and Fisher’s Island Lemonade — ensuring the cocktails were as vibrant as the cause. With its mix of community action, art, and music, Project Zero’s Montauk tradition continues to prove that making an impact can be as stylish as it is significant.
