“To be successful in real estate, we need to imagine and create today the properties and experiences that our clients will desire tomorrow,” said Michael Shvo, Chairman and CEO of SHVO. “This requires the absolute best development sites, along with the brightest talent who think and act several steps ahead, providing the extreme value we’re known for.”

Nadia Meratla will oversee the design and programing of SHVO’s expanding portfolio, including a mixed-use retail and residential project in the heart of Beverly Hills, the upcoming Mandarin Oriental residences at 685 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, and The Raleigh in Miami Beach. Prior to joining SHVO, Nadia was the Senior Project Director at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, and previously Senior Vice President of Design & Development at Douglas Elliman.

“SHVO is an exceptional ambassador of accelerating site-tailored design, culture, and quality execution,” Meratla said.  “This absolute commitment is industry-rare and it is a privilege to reinforce visionary objectives.”

As Chief Financial Officer, Jessica Schmidt will develop and oversee financial strategies for the SHVO portfolio, as well as manage lender and banking relationships on behalf of the firm. Prior to joining SHVO, Schmidt was Chief Financial Officer at Hidrock Properties in New York where she worked closely with the CEO to chart and track revenue paths.

“SHVO’s consistent success in creating value and delivering exceptional financial results is a testament to the leadership team’s discipline and long-term approach, along with the strength of the firm’s partners” said Schmidt. “I look forward to building on this success and helping lead SHVO to even greater success.”

As Managing Director based in Miami, Seth Goldman will oversee the development and progress of The Raleigh, which SHVO acquired from Tommy Hilfiger in February 2019. Prior to joining SHVO, Seth was Director of Development at Fisher Island Holdings LLC in Miami, Florida, where he oversaw development of Palazzo del Sol and Palazzo della Luna on the 216-acre Fisher Island private island residential community known as the wealthiest zip code in the United States.
