As a brownstone specialist in Brooklyn, Golan's expertise in design, construction management, and her ability to navigate and succeed in challenging market conditions have earned her a notable reputation in the industry.
Throughout her career, Golan has been involved in over 350 real estate transactions. She is known for her hands-on approach, guiding sales processes from inception to execution and ensuring smooth closings. To date, she has amassed over $500M in sales.
Golan's interest in real estate was sparked during her upbringing in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, with its unique character and charm inspiring her future career. Golan's entry into real estate was through an assistant position with a real estate developer and investor in Queens and Brooklyn. Golan also spent five years as a closing manager in the lending industry, where she gained valuable insights into the mortgage and home financing process. Following this, she became an owner and partner in a real estate development office, investing in projects and managing their private portfolio.
