Famed historic home the “Witch Hat” has found a new owner fashion entrepreneur Pamela Bell, founder of socially minded fashion brand Prinkshop and an original partner at Kate Spade, as reported by Mansion Global.
The residence playfully named by its owner (one of Architectural Digest and Elle Decor's top 100 designers) references the turret that crowns this 1884 Queen Anne-style gem the designer has transformed into an elegant but easy living compound. Located on a quiet Water Mill lane close to town and ocean beaches, the residence is tucked behind stately Hamptons hedges.
The deal was done on Friday. Brian Hagadorn of Douglas Elliman brought the buyer to this Compass listing, represented by Ginger Thornier.
