Steve Gold Reveals New Penthouse For Million Dollar Listings Filming

Last week Corcoran’s Steve Gold and Alchemy Properties celebrated the launch of Penthouse 2 at the NOMA, a 24-story Neo-Bauhaus tower designed by FxCollaborative, with a massive reveal party. Steve Gold of Million Dollar Listing New York is handling the sale of the NOMA's Penthouse 2 and even filmed a walkthrough of the penthouse, as well as a look inside the party for a reveal in the upcoming season of Million Dollar Listing New York.

Penthouse 2 is a 2,190 square foot residence with three beds, three and a half baths and a private terrace overlooking mid-town Manhattan and the Empire State Building. The penthouse is priced at $6.35 million. Special features include a beautiful gas fireplace, direct elevator entry, and 360 views.
