The Arabella, designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Vertical Development and Sioni Group, will include 165 rental apartments situated above two floors of placemaking retail.

The interior of the apartments is designed by Marin Architects, offering an impressive range of amenities. The leasing for these residential units will be managed by REAL New York. OmniBuild Construction has been assigned as the general contractor for the project, while DeSimone Structural Engineers is handling the structural engineering.
