The sale of Duplex Penthouse 75, located at 111 West 57th street sold for around the list price of $57,000,000. The 7,130 square-foot, duplex residence includes 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The development is proving to be an outlier in the market, after making some notable sales. Just a few months ago, the team announced it sold two $30 million residences which is notable because the sales took place after the Governor’s shut down order in March.

111 West 57th Street is developed by JDS Development Group, Property Markets Group and Spruce Capital Partners. The development incorporates two notable structures.
