17 Jane Street

17 Jane Street is a newly built yet timeless boutique condominium designed by architect Sir David Chipperfield and developed by Edward J. Minskoff. Located in the heart of the historic West Village, this rare ground-up building features Corks (Couple), a monumental 10-foot bronze sculpture by American artist Jeff Koons. While 17 Jane Street is a private residential building, Chipperfield designed the jewel-box lobby to be an illuminated presence on Jane Street, making it the perfect showcase for contemporary art — and a striking visual from the sidewalk and street.
The Smile

The Smile, a one-of-a-kind new rental building from the internationally known Danish architecture firm BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, features an 24-hour, attended lobby boasting rainbow colors and Harlem-inspired murals - not to mention an expansive work by KAWS, an American graffiti artist and designer. Prominently featured behind the lobby's desk, the 10 silkscreen prints are part of a series of 100 titled No Reply.
Waterline Square

Waterline Square, the starchitect-designed mega-development on Manhattan's Upper West Side, features an impressive collection of gallery-worthy art hand-picked by Culture Corps, a unique art advisory and creative consultancy firm. Through the partnership, Culture Corps curated the art displayed throughout Waterline Square's lobbies, residential corridors and amenity spaces, bringing a gallery atmosphere to the everyday residential experience. The art was specifically chosen to reflect Waterline Square's world-class architecture, waterfront location and lush green space, and the selection includes pieces by notable American and international artists such as Jean-Michel Othoniel, Kiyoshi Otsuka, David Row, Landon Metz, Miya Ando and many more.
