The Future Is Here At 100 Franklin

For those looking for futuristic homes in Tribeca, look no further than 100 Franklin St. designed and developed by DDG, 100 Franklin is a marriage of old and new, as a modern building can be created within a historic district. The buildings feature a striking hand-laid brick façade comprised of handmade bricks by Denmark’s Petersen Tegl, classically-inspired masonry detailing, and integrated plantings and landscaping.

It is comprised of two newly constructed triangular buildings uniquely joined together to create 10 expansive homes, including 2 duplex penthouses, which are the direct result of the unusual design.

Like other DDG projects, a strong connection to the arts is prevalent. The site was home to the recent large-scale mural by acclaimed international street artist J.R., and DDG has commissioned Paris-based artist and designer Charlotte Taylor to create new pieces that will be permanently installed within 100 Franklin Street.

Designed by The Future Perfect, the model residence was furnished to highlight the building’s unique architecture and features pieces by Neri & Hu, Matthew Hilton, and Luca Nichetto, among others.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has been named the exclusive sales and marketing agent for 100 Franklin. Sales are being led by Michael Lorber, who has overseen numerous residential development projects, including some of the most high-profile deals of the last decade; industry veteran and top-producing realtor Alexander Boriskin, who has overseen more than $500 million in sales.
