Landsea Homes hosted an evening soiree to celebrate the launch of Arts Avora, its new arts program inside their luxury Weehawken waterfront condominium Avora. Created in collaboration with Hoboken-based Barsky Gallery and boutique interior design studio Lauren Jayne Design, Arts Avora is an initiative that brings inspiring artwork into the building’s lobby and amenities.
Guests were given a first look at the permanent installation by the artists themselves, emerging American artist Hanna Margetson-Rushmore and French photographer Fabrice Silly. The exhibition comprises a collection of Margetson-Rushmore’s large-scale texturized prints that harmonize with Avora’s vibrant waterfront location and contemporary architecture and Silly’s landscape and waterscape photography. Guests also previewed two of the building’s newest model residences and enjoyed dramatic views of the Manhattan skyline, Hudson River and evening sunset from the balcony.
