Chloe Chasanoff Returns to Brown Harris Stevens
Brown Harris Stevens is pleased to announce that Chloe Chasanoff has returned to the firm from Magnetic RE.

Chasanoff, who first joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2018, grew up in a real estate family, surrounded by developers and investors active in the New York area for more than 60 years. Drawing on that legacy, she brings a deep-seated passion for real estate and an innate ability to help buyers identify and secure their next home.

A Manhattan native and life-long New Yorker, Chasanoff has intimate knowledge of many of New York City’s neighborhoods and premier residential buildings, which she leverages to guide buyers, sellers, and investors across Manhattan and Brooklyn

She counsels a range of buyers and sellers, from first-time purchasers to seasoned investors, always focused on aligning each client’s real estate choices with their long-term goals.
Chloe holds a BA from Emory University. During her time at Emory, she spent a semester abroad in London and traveled extensively throughout Europe, experiences that broadened her perspective and help her connect with both local and international clients.
Chasanoff will be based out of Brown Harris Stevens’ West Side office in Manhattan.
