 Douglas Elliman Real Estate has announce that The Germany Sears Team have joined the firm. Susan Sears and Gerald Germany, top performers in the industry, along with their team will be based out of Elliman’s new 111 Fifth Avenue office, managed by Chris Peters and Garret Lepaw. They were previously with the Corcoran Group.

Originally from Long Island and now a homeowner in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, Greg Stephen has a thorough knowledge of NYC and focuses on residential sales and investments throughout Manhattan. John Campbell, a resident of Manhattan’s West Village neighborhood but originally from New Orleans, brings a strong passion and enthusiasm for residential real estate and the New York City market. He works with many buyers, many of which are first time buyers, to help them find their special home in the city.
