Recognized by RealTrends Verified and ranked among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the U.S. for 2025, Jarret combines market expertise with a personalized advisory style—acting not just as an agent , but as a trusted consultant. 

Also joining The Experience Team are Alexandra “Alee” Loeb and Krystal “Kiki” Sasso, based in Douglas Elliman’s Palm Beach office, where they will serve clients across both Florida and New York. With over twenty years of experience in real estate, Alee recently transferred from Compass (where she spent the past 5 years), while Kiki, newly licensed and eager to grow, adds a fresh perspective to the group.
