Skyline Developers Announce ML House 50 Percent Occupied
Skyline Developers, has announced that ML House, the first and only ground-up luxury rental building in Bryant Park, is 50 percent leased since launching leasing in January 2019. Located at 1050 Sixth Avenue, ML House features a collection of 62 open-concept residences paired with a suite of lifestyle amenities to suit every need, all steps away from one of Manhattan’s most iconic parks.

ML House is designed by New York-based Gene Kaufman Architects. It rises 25 stories and features 62 homes ranging from studios to two-bedrooms. Luxury extends into all spaces at ML House, where residences feature wide-plank Northern White Oak hardwood flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the park and skyline. All two-bedroom homes include Blomberg washers and dryers.
