Manhattan Skyline Brings Joe & The Juice to 295 Greenwich Street

One of New York City's leading real estate organizations, Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has announced a new long-term lease with Joe & The Juice at 295 Greenwich Street in Tribeca.
Located between Warren and Chambers Streets, the new location features approximately 1,040 square-feet of ground floor space, 35-feet of frontage on Greenwich Street and 12-foot ceilings.
Known for its edgy atmosphere, vibrant shops, and drinks named with a sense of humor, Joe & The Juice serves fresh and healthy choices for food and drink, including fresh-press juices, coffee, tea, sandwiches, smoothies, and veggie shots made with organic ingredients and prepared on-site. Like other Joe & The Juice locations, customers can expect to find a spacious communal area outfitted with slick midcentury furniture, bright art, and book-lined shelves.
The landlord was represented in house by Joshua Roth, Vice President, Retail Leasing for Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., and Joe & The Juice was represented by Amira Yunis, Anthony Stanford and Elliot Ferris of CBRE.

2026 Update: Joe & The Juice Has Moved On From 295 Greenwich
After eight years on the block, Joe & The Juice closed its 295 Greenwich Street store on July 31, 2026, and said it was relocating nearby, according to Tribeca Citizen. The chain is taking over the former Pret A Manger space at 100 Church Street, at Park Place, though an opening date hasn’t been announced, the site later reported.
