Like other Joe & The Juice locations, customers can expect to find a spacious communal area outfitted with slick midcentury furniture, bright art, and book-lined shelves.
The landlord was represented in house by Joshua Roth, Vice President, Retail Leasing for Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., and Joe & The Juice was represented by Amira Yunis, Anthony Stanford and Elliot Ferris of CBRE.
