Over 200 guests gathered to celebrate the opening of The Hayworth, Carnegie Hill’s highly anticipated new condominium. Guests enjoyed cocktails and delicious bites catered by Sfoglia and were the first to experience the building and newly completed model residences.

Developed by Ceruzzi Properties, The Hayworth offers a fresh perspective on modern architecture, drawing upon timeless materials. Rising 21-stories and featuring 61 residences, the dynamic façade is articulated with combinations of diagonal bay and corner windows, welcoming plentiful light and offering views of the New York skyline. Construction is underway for 2019 occupancy. Amenities include access to the 92nd Street Y’s roster of experts on childhood education and priority access to all 92Y programming, a Residents’ Lounge with a catering kitchen, library and conference room, children’s playroom, a music and dance studio, fitness center designed by The Wright Fit, outdoor roof deck with barbeques and communal dining tables as well as an intimate seating area with fireplace and sundeck with lounge chairs, resident storage, and bicycle storage.
