Related Ross Debuts Edgeworth, a New Ultra-Luxury Waterfront Condo Project in West Palm Beach
Related Ross just unveiled plans for Edgeworth, a new ultra-luxury condominium development planned for 1155 South Flagler Drive—positioning it as the next major statement along West Palm Beach’s most coveted waterfront stretch. The project is set to deliver two gracefully curved 28-story towers designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, with sweeping ocean and Intracoastal views and a massive amenity program spanning more than 90,000 square feet.
Edgeworth will include 168 residences—ranging from one- to five-bedroom homes—each with a private elevator, plus nine penthouses. Interiors are planned by MAWD | March and White Design, with the concept described as relaxed yet glamorous, Riviera-inspired living that pairs contemporary forms with natural materials and generous private balconies.
The unveiling also doubles as a market signal: Related Ross points to the momentum of South Flagler House, which saw more than $500 million in pre-construction sales in Q1 2026, as evidence that demand for high-design waterfront inventory continues to outpace supply. Pricing for Edgeworth is expected to range from $2.5 million up to $35.5 million, with sales and marketing led by Related Ross Sales in partnership with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
Beyond the residences, Edgeworth is being framed as part of a broader “West Palm as year-round hub” storyline—tying luxury housing to major corporate commitments and long-term investment across Palm Beach County, plus a partnership connected to the historic Family Church campus that includes funding for a new adjacent school and facility designed by KPF.
