Dom Pérignon Unveils Takashi Murakami Collaboration for 2025
Launching today, Dom Pérignon has tapped celebrated Japanese artist Takashi Murakami for a new series of limited editions, including designs for Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 and the first-ever Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2010 release. The partnership continues the Maison’s tradition of working with iconic cultural figures — from Andy Warhol and Jeff Koons to Lenny Kravitz — infusing timeless champagne with fresh creative energy.
Murakami, known for his bold Superflat style and iconic smiling flowers, reimagines Dom Pérignon’s minimalist aesthetic with vibrant, playful motifs that transform each bottle into a collectible work of art. The collaboration also includes a rare “Uber piece,” a sculptural objet d’art encasing Jeroboams of Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2008, blending craftsmanship with Murakami’s whimsical yet thought-provoking visual language.
Murakami’s iconic smiling flowers – emblematic of his expressive universe since his earliest works – are at the heart of these exclusive designs that adorn the two LE bottles. The collaboration follows Takashi Murakami’s recognition as one of seven cultural icons in Dom Pérignon’s Creation is an eternal journey campaign, which debuted in May 2025.
Both Dom Pérignon and Murakami share a philosophy rooted in honoring tradition while pushing creative boundaries. The result is a dialogue between heritage and invention — where champagne becomes more than a drink, and art more than an object. With these limited editions, Dom Pérignon continues to define itself not just as a champagne house, but as a curator of cultural collaborations that resonate far beyond the glass.
