St. Patrick’s Day Cocktails for 2026 That Feel Fresh, Not Gimmicky

St. Patrick’s Day is around the corner, and yes—there will be Guinness and Jameson. But if you’re in the mood to do something a little more interesting than the standard pint-and-shot routine, this year’s lineup has range. From a matcha-spiked martini moment to a rosé-forward sour and a brighter, greener take on a brunch classic, these cocktails bring the holiday energy without tasting like a novelty.

Gotcha Green

  • 2 oz ALB Vodka

  • 1.5 oz White Chocolate Liqueuer

  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth

  • 1 tsp Ceremonial Matcha Powder

Add the ALB Vodka, white chocolate liqueur, dry vermouth and matcha powder to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until fully incorporated and chilled, then strain into a chilled martini glass.

Broken Brew

  • 1.5 oz Broken Shed Vodka

  • 0.5 oz vanilla liqueur

  • 3 oz nitro cold brew

  • 0.5 oz brown sugar syrup

  • 1 oz oat milk

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with a few ice cubes until they’re fully diluted. Strain into a soda fountain glass, and serve with an environmentally friendly straw.

Shamrock Sour

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Tequila

  • 2 oz Hampton Water Rosé (still)

  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 0.5 oz Agave (or Simple Syrup)

  • 1 Egg White

  • 2 oz Hampton Water Bubbly

  • Garnish: Lemon Peel, Angostura Bitters

Add all ingredients except the Hampton Water Bubbly into a shaker tin with ice and shake. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with 2 oz of Hampton Water Bubbly. Note: Cocktail should have a thicker egg cream texture that just begins to flow above the glass, but keeps shape. Garnish with lemon peel on top of glass or 3 dashes of angostura bitters in a pattern.

The Mint Julep

Add 8 mint sprigs and the sugar syrup to a mixing glass. Add crushed ice and 2 oz Rémy Martin VSOP. Shake until frosted, then pour the cocktail into a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Ketel One’s Green Mary

1 oz Ketel One Vodka

  • 3.5 oz freshly juiced equal parts of celery and cucumber

  • .5 oz freshly squeezed lime

  • 1 pinch of rock salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, and dried chili flakes

  • Garnish: salted cucumber slice

Add all ingredients to the glass, stir well, add ice.  Garnish with a salted cucumber slice.
