Boutique Billionaires’ Row: 660 Lexington Launches Sales in Midtown

A new kind of Midtown glamour is officially on the market: Rybak Development has launched sales at 660 Lexington, a 19-story boutique condominium just below Billionaires’ Row with 31 tailored residences designed to feel classic New York, but sharper, calmer, and more intimate than the mega-towers farther west. The Eklund | Gomes Team and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing are leading sales, with initial pricing starting at $1,650,000, and construction slated for completion mid-year.

Architecturally, 660 Lexington is aiming for “quiet statement,” not glassy spectacle: the façade evolves from a monolithic limestone base to a ventilated porcelain system by Porcelanosa, finished with a bronze mesh crown and integrated lighting that highlights the building’s gentle curvature. S20M, working alongside architect of record Zproekt, frames it as contemporary architecture rooted in Midtown’s past and future—an ornate, sculptural presence meant to change the tone of Lexington Avenue.

Inside, Paris Forino’s interiors lean romantic and livable: wood-clad entry portals, five-inch White Oak flooring laid in a chevron pattern, and kitchens anchored by honed Brazilian Grey Soapstone with custom White Oak cabinetry and integrated Miele appliances. Bathrooms stay elevated and detailed—herringbone mosaic floors, Calacatta Vision marble counters, satin brass fixtures, and a mix of marble and quartzite finishes across secondary baths and powder rooms.

Amenities push the “boutique but complete” idea: a rooftop with outdoor kitchen and lounge/dining zones, an 11th-floor landscaped loggia with a fireplace and landmark views, plus a wellness circuit that includes a cold plunge pool, experiential shower, sauna, steam room, treatment room, and a fitness center—rounded out with 24-hour concierge service. The building’s Tower Collection includes four full-floor penthouses and a triplex “Crown,” positioning the project as a stepping-stone version of Billionaires’ Row quality in a smaller, more private format.
