11 Hoyt, a new luxury, residential building located at the crossroads of Downtown Brooklyn and brownstone Brooklyn, has just revealed new renderings of their Sky Club, showing off the buildings amenities.
The Sky Club has a number of interesting elements: a music rehearsal studio, screening room and performance space, quiet library, study nooks, golf simulator virtual gaming room. Also residents can host an intimate dinner party or an exclusive wine tasting in the striking double-height Sky Lounge, which provides panoramic views of brownstone Brooklyn, the Lower Manhattan skyline, the East River, the Statue of Liberty, and New York Harbor.
Michaelis Boyd Associates is responsible for the interiors for 11 Hoyt. The London-based company’s global portfolio includes Soho House locations in Berlin, Los Angles, and the Soho Farmhouse, London’s famed Groucho Club and the Williamsburg Hotel. 11 Hoyt is the firm’s first condominium development in New York. The building offers residents an expansive collection of more than 55,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, thoughtfully designed for working, relaxing, exercising and socializing.
Construction has already begun and the building is expected to begin occupancy in 2020.
