The Rose HIll neighborhood has a new building as Hillrose28, has topped out with interiors designed by Andres Escobar. The building is located at 181 East 28th Street near the corner of Third Avenue.

Forkosh Development are developing Hillrose28, a contemporary condominium tower with elegant architecture rising in the Rose Hill area of Manhattan. Forkosh Development has a 25-year history of working with world-renowned architects, designers, and artists to create residential developments that are true urban landmarks.

Hillrose28 will consist of 43 luxury condominium residences, ranging from one- to - three bedrooms, all with gracious layouts, and a curated collection of best-in-class amenities.

Andres Escobar was inspired by the great apartment houses of the pre-war era, taking on cues on what worked in the past and upgrading it for the modern lifestyle. Andres’ career spans over 20 years and is one of interior design’s most admired and prolific talents. He has a keen understanding of the specific needs of each site and his distinctive design speaks the language of the project’s brand.
