The sales for The Serhant Team repped Austin Nichols House at 184 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg has just reached $100 million in sales since the team started selling the property 12 months ago. Since the L train reversal was announced in January, The Serhant Team has sold over $35,000,000. The popular property has been receiving 3-4 offers a week and just filed for a 5% pricing increase across the board which NO other building in the area is doing.
