Douglas Elliman Development Marketing recently announced that the firm has commenced sales as the exclusive sales and marketing agent of certain luxury pre-war units at The Chatsworth. The Chatsworth is a 12-story building located at 344 West 72nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side offering cooperative conversions. Kathy Murray of Douglas Elliman is the Director of Sales for the project.
