REAL New York Appoints Jillian Vaccaro as COO

Manhattan-based residential and commercial brokerage firm, REAL New York, has promoted Jillian Vaccaro to Chief Operating Officer.
Since joining the firm she has been an asset to the growth of their team. In this role, she will lead overall growth and development initiatives, with a focus on implementing creative marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales and leasing goals for the company. The firm’s culture has driven years of success in recruiting and retaining a highly skilled team.
Previously the Head of People Operations with REAL New York, Jillian is a licensed real estate agent with nearly a decade of experience managing sales and leasing teams throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Prior to her career at REAL New York, Jillian was the Director of Sales and Leasing for Zumper, the largest rental platform in North America. She also managed sales and team experience for a prominent boutique brokerage firm. In addition to an expertise in management, Jillian specializes in tech consulting and software development, and offers a deep understanding of processes that can be automated with technology, adding yet another level of inventiveness and efficiency.
