In this newly-created position, Maggie Jensen will foster engagement with the agent community and strengthen Citi Habitats’ company culture.  At its core, Maggie’s job is to understand agents’ perspective - to help the firm deliver best-in-class, differentiated resources.  She will work closely with both the Marketing and Education departments to conduct 1:1 trainings, feedback interviews and continuing education opportunities.

 Maggie will re-vamp Citi Habitats’ on-boarding process.  She will also recruit top talent - and help retain agents who support the company's mission to provide superior client service. 

With the help of the Agent Services team, Maggie is responsible for monitoring all processes that come into direct contact with agents.  She reports to Citi Habitats’ President, Gary Malin, so all the brokerage’s agents (and managers) should feel free to voice feedback, challenges and concerns to her – in order to spur the creation of new initiatives to meet their needs.

Maggie has a strong background in many facets of the real estate industry.  Prior to moving to her new role, she was Citi Habitats’ Agent Marketing Coordinator for Brooklyn – and before that, a successful agent at their Williamsburg office.  She also worked in sales and marketing for a Downtown condo development while at Compass.  In addition, she was one of the first three hires at TripleMint, where she served as their Client Experience Manager. 

Citi Habitats believes that shifting Maggie to this dedicated role is a smart move - that will keep them among the city’s most forward-thinking real estate firms.
