1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 Bomb Pop (or other popsicle)
Frozen Raspberries & Blueberries
4 oz. Tonic Water
Add the NOLET'S Silver Gin and frozen berries to a tall glass, top with tonic water, and garnish with the Bomb Pop as a stir/garnish so it slowly melts into the drink.
Sicilian Strawberry Spritz
2 Strawberries, sliced
½ oz Lemon juice
½ oz Honey syrup
5 Mint leaves
1 Cucumber ribbon
3 oz La Marca Prosecco Rosé
Add strawberries and mine to a shaker and muddle inside. Next add honey and lemon juice to the shaker and shake. Strain into glass then top with La Marca Prosecco Rosé. Garnish with mint and a cucumber ribbon.
Key Lime Colada
0.5 oz Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
1 oz Blue Chair Bay Key Lime Rum Cream
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Cream of Coconut
1 Cup Ice
When life hands you limes, you make a Key Lime Colada. Blend all ingredients together. Pour into a cup rimmed with coconut flakes. Garnish with a lime wheel and a cherry.
Tomatini

1 ripe Campari tomato, sliced into quarters (about ½ cup total)
1 ½ oz Ketel One Vodka
¹⁄₃ oz white balsamic vinegar
Pinch of salt and black pepper
1 barspoon simple syrup
Black pepper, for garnish
Cherry tomato, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the tomato quarters. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake well, then double strain into a martini glass. Sprinkle black pepper on top. Garnish with a cherry tomato on the rim or pick.
Cucumber Coconut Water
1.5 oz Dulce Vida Lime Tequila
2 oz Coconut Water
0.5 oz Agave Syrup
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Muddled Cucumber
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into a halved coconut with ice. Garnish with cucumber slices.
