2505 Broadway Launches Teaser Website
2505 Broadway, the newest Upper West Side high rise is sharing the first official details on the development as the building will launch sales in Spring 2021. The building, developed by Adam America Real Estate and designed by ODA Architecture, is a 19-story luxury condominium featuring 44 one- to four-bedroom residences. The 44 homes include two stunning duplex townhomes with private outdoor space and a one-of-a-kind four bedroom penthouse that features a large private roof terrace with Hudson River views.
ODA's design for the exterior is a modern interpretation of the traditional architecture of the Upper West Side, taking inspiration from the rich heritage and pre-war aesthetics of cherished buildings found throughout the neighborhood. An elevated suite of amenities has been programmed to include a well-appointed fitness center, a children’s playroom, sports court, pet spa, library lounge, and a number of private outdoor spaces that offer residents a calming oasis.
The building is expected to be completed at the end of 2021. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing for 2505 Broadway, with Ariel Tirosh overseeing sales.
