The first home to sell at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach was not an entry-level unit but one of its rarest. Developers MICL and Admire Capital announced that a signature penthouse, one of only six in the 83-residence development, was the project's debut sale, with additional sales following as the project moves toward an anticipated groundbreaking in the first quarter of 2027. Residences are priced from $3.4 million, and completion is expected in 2029.
The two-story penthouse, known as PHA, spans 3,401 square feet of interior living space complemented by nearly 4,000 square feet of private outdoor areas, for nearly 7,400 square feet of indoor-outdoor living. Its expansive rooftop terrace overlooks both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The three-bedroom home includes a den, ceilings up to 11 feet and two summer kitchens, the larger of which sits on the rooftop with expanded cabinetry and counter space, along with exclusive penthouse-only amenities. Select penthouse layouts in the collection also feature private plunge pools. Diana Ulis, founder and CEO of Admire Capital, called the sale an important early milestone for the project, while Jay Phillip Parker of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, which is leading sales and marketing, said it speaks to the caliber of buyer the development is attracting.
Designed by Garcia Stromberg with interiors by Dan Fink Studio, the dual-tower development spans 400 linear feet of Intracoastal waterfront between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Wellness is woven into the homes through an Invisible Wellness approach developed with wellness consultant Amber Berger, which integrates cleaner air, filtered water, healthier materials and intentional design choices throughout each residence. Residents will enjoy resort-style amenities including waterfront pools, wellness experiences and social spaces, along with a limited number of Intracoastal dock slips available at an additional cost. Ownership also includes The Ritz-Carlton's signature service and access to Marriott's ONVIA owner recognition platform.
