Malcolm Forbes Former Townhouse Closes

Former Malcom Forbes townhouse has a new owner: J. Cary Smith closed on the 1847 Greek Revival 9,000 sq. ft. townhouse on Friday, June 14, at 11 West 12th Street, paying $19.9 million (it was listed for $20M). Mr. Smith is the former founder and owner of the “Big Ass Fan ” business, which he sold in 2017 for $500 million.
