Le Creuset & Wildflower Farms Debut a Hands-On Culinary Experience That Lets You Cook Alongside NYC's Hottest Chefs
Just 90 minutes north of Manhattan, one of the Hudson Valley's most coveted retreats is turning its farm into a full-blown chef's playground. Wildflower Farms, Auberge Collection has teamed up with Le Creuset — the century-old French cookware house known for its iconic enameled cast iron — to launch Chef's Atelier: Field to Craft with Le Creuset, an immersive three-part culinary series that invites guests to forage, cook, and dine alongside some of the country's most celebrated chefs.

The series debuts June 28, 2026 with James Beard Award finalist Chef Hillary Sterling of Ci Siamo, followed by additional sessions on September 3 and October 18. Each one is designed to inspire and elevate everyday cooking, pairing Le Creuset's beloved cookware with the seasonal bounty of Wildflower's 6-acre, year-round farm.

This isn't your average cooking class. Every session begins with a guided foraging walk across the property, co-led by Wildflower Farms' Farm Director Will Conway and the day's guest chef. From there, attendees head into Maplehouse — the resort's lofty barn-turned-cooking-school — for a chef-led demonstration and hands-on instruction with Le Creuset's full lineup, from stainless steel fry pans to enameled cast iron braisers and Dutch ovens. The day wraps with a shared lunch built around just-foraged ingredients, an intimate chef-inspired dinner on Maple Lane, and an overnight stay tucked into Wildflower's meadows and woodlands.

For the June 28 kickoff, Chef Hillary Sterling will guide guests through a seasonal Italian lunch — exactly the kind of intimate, hands-on access that's nearly impossible to come by in the city. Future dates on September 3 and October 18 will feature additional chefs to be announced.
Tickets are sold as part of a multi-day itinerary that includes accommodations and full access to the Chef's Atelier programming. To learn more and book, visit the Chef's Atelier booking page.
