Philanthropist and Author Jean Shafiroff served as Mistress of Ceremonies throughout the evening at the 66th Annual New York Junior League Winter Ball at the Pierre Hotel in New York City. Manning, who presented the NYJL Outstanding Sustainer Award to Nancy Houghton and Wendy Wade, and the NYJL
