They work globally with The Guggenheim Museum, The Related Companies at Hudson Yards, The Kohler Companies, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Swarovski Crystals. Their most recent development is the condominium 75 Kenmare St with Lenny Kravitz’s design firm Kravitz Designs.

75 Kenmare is a 90,000 square foot condominium, it is located in the Manhattan’s NoLita neighborhood. An array of amenities are included at 75 Kenmare including a 24-hour attended lobby, a fitness center that includes the most up to date equipment, and an underground parking garage. There is a lush green landscaped courtyard that was designed by Future Green Studio. Beautiful seating areas are surrounded by green foliage truly giving a fresh feel, there is plenty of room to have a meeting with friends and enjoy a lovely afternoon. The real charm of 75 Kenmare comes from its location in the trendy and chic NoLita. The small neighborhood is located in the middle of SoHo, Little Italy, the Lower East Side, and Chinatown. Street art in the neighborhood changes weekly and has seen a high influx of unique restaurants as well as boutiques.

When planning the initial exterior of 75 Kenmare the firm wanted to create homes that would help influence the direction of the entire neighborhood. To look forward they looked back to create a contemporary building that would compliment NoLita’s landmarks. 75 Kenmare is richly textured and has a finely scaled surface. It brings pattern and texture to the building. One bedroom apartments are currently on the market for $1,750,000 and two bedroom apartments are currently $2,950,000.
