Fine and Dandy Pop-Up Workshop Takes Charlie West

Fine and Dandy, a line of dandy-inspired men’s accessories hosted its own pop-up shop. The Velasquez-Lorber Team and the Patty LaRocco Team of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing hosted the event at Charlie West at 505 West 43rd Street, which is the new Hell’s Kitchen luxury condominium building developed by Elad US Holding and Mi&Co Development.

The prime location is situated near the city’s best waterfront parks along the Hudson River as well as near the liveliness of Midtown and Times Square, home to Broadway’s biggest shows. The building features architecture ODA and includes 123 homes encompassed in two16-story towers designed by Andres Escobar. The studios range from studios to four-bedroom penthouses and are attractive priced at $895,000.

Notable guests including, Michael Lorber, Sherri Shang, Yasmine Guenancia, and Emma Hao were in attendance. Co-founder Matt Fox gave one-on-one style sessions on how to tie a bowtie and accessorize with a selection of their own products, which are all made in New York City. Based in Hell’s Kitchen, Fine and Dandy designs and produces their accessories, including cufflinks, bowties, suspenders, pocket squares, socks, and more. Guests also enjoyed a selection of the best pies from neighborhood favorite The Little Pie Company.
