Cocktails You'll Want To Try All Summer Long

While wine and beer are always easy to drink during the Summer, nothing can be more picturesque than a colorful cocktail. Although cocktails can be hard to make, we found easy-to-make cocktails for you to sip on all Summer long.

Aperol Spritz

·       Ice cubes

·       Aperol

·       Prosecco

·       Soda, served from syphon or chilled bottle

·       Slice of orange

In a glass full of ice, combine Prosecco followed by Aperol in equal parts. Add a splash of soda and garnish with an orange slice

As an easy way to remember how to create the perfect Aperol Spritz, think P.A.S.S.!

P – Prosecco

A – Aperol

S – Splash of Soda

S – Slice of Orange

Espolón Marigold Margarita

· 2 oz Espolón Blanco

· .5 oz Monin Hibiscus Syrup

· 1 oz orange juice

· .5 oz lime juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Frankly Berry Cosmopolitan

·       2 oz Frankly Organic Strawberry Vodka

·       1/2 oz Cointreau

·       1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice 

·       1/2 oz simple syrup

·       Lemon twist

Instructions: Combine all liquid in a shaker. Fill with ice. Shake. Pour and garnish with a lemon twist. 

Montelobos Verde Que Te Quiero Verde

· 1 oz Mezcal Montelobos Espadin

· 1 oz Ancho Reyes Verde

· 1 Tbsp. of Chia seeds

· .75 oz of Simple Syrup

· 1 oz lime juice

· 2 oz Seltzer Water

Combine Mezcal Montelobos Espadin, Ancho Reyes Verde, Chia sedes, simple syrup, and lime juice in a shaker and shake well. Serve over a Collins glass with ice and add seltzer water to top off. Garnish with mint leaves and lime juice

The Bramble

·       1.5oz Bombay Bramble

·       1oz (2.5cl) freshly pressed lemon juice

·       0.5oz simple syrup 

·       Lemon wedge & blackberry (garnish).

 Built and topped with crushed ice.

Disaronno Fizz

· 1.5 oz Disaronno Originale

· Q Tonic Club Soda

· Fresh Lemon Juice

Pour Disaronno Originale into a white wine glass with ice. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Top with Q Mixers Club Soda. Stir and garnish with lemon zest.

BACARDÍ Coco Conga

·         2 oz. BACARDĺ Superior Rum

·         1 oz. lime juice

·         12 mint leaves

·         2 tsp. extra fine sugar

·         1 oz. Club Soda

·         Splash of BACARDĺ Coconut Flavored Rum

Add the BACARDĺ Superior Rum, lime juice sugar and mint to a highball glass. Press mint with a bar spook to release oil. Add crushed ice, almost to top, and churn. Top with Club Soda and crown with a splash of BACARDĺ Coconut Flavored Rum.
