1. Real Estate Principles

This is a basic course when learning real estate which is an integral part of every online real estate degree program. It helps build a strong foundation for realtors. The topic is great when you are trying to get a basic understanding of the industry.

The course teaches you how to evaluate the value of a property and list it effectively. You can also learn the best methods of selling and closing properties. 

The class also teaches about escrow processes and the best ways to inform buyers about relevant taxes. Online real estate schools often start with this course to introduce you to the industry.

2. The Legal Aspects of Real Estate

If you are interested in real estate, you have probably heard about several myths. The industry is surrounded by myths, and you may have trouble separating them from the facts. This course dispels myths and educates you about contract clauses. It also teaches about the obligations of a realtor.

7. Law of Agency

The course covers master-servant and principal-agent relationships. It covers the termination of agent authorities and the fiduciary. 

The course also discusses employment law, listing procedures, the duties of an agent, deceptive practices, and the disclosure of agency. 

After completing the course, you will understand how agency relationships impact transactions in the real estate world. 

Careers in real estate can be very exciting. They offer a great sense of job satisfaction, and plenty of job opportunities are available. You don’t need a college degree or significant work experience to become a real estate agent. 

However, having you must have a full understanding of laws, principles, and transaction processes. Taking a course may be a fantastic idea. It gives you the skills you need to excel in the job.
