How to Use a Sales Funnel to Help You Sell Real Estate Better

December 14, 2020 by Jeremy Lindy

Sales funnels are not just for eCommerce websites, and in fact, they can be used to great success in most fields of business. This page, however, will discuss real estate sales funnels exclusively. Sales funnels can be highly effective in real estate. In most businesses, however, sales funnels create loyal, repeat customers; with real estate, this is not the case. Often, in real estate, a customer will purchase once, and no more than that. Being a successful real estate agent requires you to make frequent sales and requires you to work with multiple people.

This page will show you how you can use a sales funnel to increase your real estate commission and make more sales. Real estate is a very difficult field of work, but when you have perfected your method, you will find it far easier. Using the best software for lead generation can streamline your sales funnel and help you effectively capture and nurture potential clients.

Here is how you can use a high converting sales funnel to help you sell real estate better.

Landing Forms

The first thing that you need to do in order to convert visitors to your website into leads is through landing forms; these forms [applications of interest] will allow you to get into contact with potential leads. Landing forms that will ask a potential customer for their name, address, number, and reason for visiting, will be a great way for you to get directly into contact with people and turn them into viable leads.

Utilizing lead-generating quizzes is an additional efficient way to turn website visitors into leads in addition to landing forms. Interactive tools that engage users and deliver tailored results based on their responses are lead-generation quizzes. These tests often consist of a number of questions created to gather insightful data regarding the user's preferences, wants, or difficulties.

Landing forms are a very effective method of lead generation, and while most people will not buy, some will, therefore improving your commission. In order to create these, you can use sales funnel software, which, according to FreedomBoundBusiness.com, are one of the most important tools you have at your disposal. You should aim to create landing forms for every single one of the properties listed on your website, as well as general information request forms and newsletter subscriptions – all of these, are types of landing forms. Newsletter subscriptions are a great way to generate leads, for when you offer promotional deals, people may get in touch. You can also send out emails sharing information on new properties that you may have on the market.

Follow Up Emails

Once you have collected the information of potential leads and they have expressed their interest in the properties that you have on the market, you can begin sending out follow up emails to convert them into customers. You should aim to reply with follow up emails quite quickly so you can convert them into an actual customer – you must convert them while they are still interested and remember they will likely be viewing multiple properties at once. A follow up should hopefully start a relationship between you and the customers.

To further optimize your real estate sales strategy and reach potential clients effectively, consider leveraging a real estate agent email list. This resource can help you maintain a direct line of communication with interested prospects and enhance your chances of converting them into satisfied customers.

Nurture Leads

Once you have the email addresses of your leads and have established communication and a relationship, you can begin to nurture your leads [which is the most important and hardest bit. Even if the lead is not interested in the property that they initially made an application of interest for, you can now send them emails with pictures and details of new properties that you may have on the market. You can periodically follow up with them, ask them how they are, and ask them if they are still interested in buying a property. You must keep them engaged and keep them visiting your website. Sending them regular newsletters is a good way for you to do this. You should aim not to nag them, however, for this can put them off, and you might find your email going straight to their junk box.

Don’t Let Leads Escape

Leads will not always be converted into clients, it’s perfectly normal, but with that said, you can follow up and keep trying, even if they express disinterest. You can, even if they ignore you, retarget them through social media. Many social media platforms allow you to build custom audiences and show them precision-targeted advertisements to your new [or old] leads. You can do this by showing your audience advertisements for properties similar to those that they might have viewed in the past through social media.

Precision targeted advertisements are a fantastic way for you to convert leads into clients; long after they may have stopped receiving your emails, they will still receive notifications on social media, which may lead them back to you, and they may begin to express interest in purchasing property again. Do not let your leads escape!

With this page, you now know how to use a sales funnel for real estate. Sales funnels are a very important part of the business in the 21st century and can be applied to all sectors, even real estate. We hope you enjoyed the read.
